Hello
I'm Helga, an architectural designer with experience spanning the UK and Colombia, working across residential, commercial, and renovation projects of every scale. I work on both sides of a project: shaping the design itself and bringing it to life through high-quality 3D visualisation.
Insight Studio began from a simple belief: good design and clear visual communication should go hand in hand, so people can understand and shape their project long before construction starts.
Visualisation is only part of what I do. Just as often, I'm developing the design itself, working through layout, spatial planning, and concept decisions before a single render is made. That means the visuals I produce aren't illustrations of someone else's idea; they're an extension of real design thinking, grounded in how the building will actually come together.
Over the years, I've worked with architects, developers, interior designers, and private clients worldwide, contributing to concept development, shaping design decisions, and helping teams communicate their intent clearly at every stage.
My approach is collaborative and attentive: every project is different, so I adapt to how you work, communicate, and move, making the process feel smooth, supported and genuinely productive.
How I work
Discover & Define
Every project starts with understanding what you actually need, whether that's design development, a layout proposal, 3D visualisation, or a mix of both. I review your drawings, references and ideas and when needed, begin shaping the design itself by working through space, flow, and concept before anything is modelled or rendered.
From there, we land on a clear, tailored brief.
Design & Develop
With direction set, I move into the design and visual work in parallel, refining layout and spatial decisions while modelling, lighting, and texturing take shape.
You'll see an initial drafts to review, then we refine together, adjusting design details alongside mood and material. The process scales to your project's complexity, whether that's a single concept sketch or a fully developed design package.
Deliver & Empower
Final visuals and design packages arrive in high resolution, ready for presentations, planning submissions, marketing, or construction, each one built on sound design thinking, so you can move forward with confidence. And if you'd like support beyond delivery, I can also project manage the next stage through to completion.
