We were commissioned by a property developer to visualise the transformation of this iconic Art Deco theatre in Cheltenham into a bold residential development. The brief required reimagining the building’s dramatic volumes and architectural character into refined, functional living spaces.

The Daffodil
Our approach preserved key heritage features, including the original wall panelling and spatial proportions, whilst introducing modern design elements, striking furniture, and a clean material palette. A new central atrium was proposed to open the space and flood the interiors with natural light, enhancing the sense of flow and grandeur.
To bring this vision to life, we produced a full suite of deliverables: static interior and exterior CGIs, a contextual photomontage, and a dynamic walkthrough video.
Together, these assets provided a compelling narrative for the design supporting early-stage marketing.
