This new-build residential block was commissioned by both the architect and developer with the goal of creating a strong, cohesive visual identity for the project one that would support both early-stage planning conversations and later marketing campaigns.

Interior CGIs / Exterior CGIs / Property Marketing

We produced a full visual package, including exterior CGIs to show the building’s relationship with the urban fabric, its façade articulation, and proposed material palette. These images were designed to strike the right balance between realism and aspiration helping viewers understand the architectural rhythm, scale, and overall street presence.

In addition to static imagery, we created detailed interior CGIs to illustrate the layout and character of a typical apartment, as well as the quality of the communal areas. A flythrough animation brought the full scheme to life, guiding viewers through the development and highlighting key design features and lifestyle elements.

The result was a clear, compelling vision of the scheme that gave the client the tools to communicate confidently with investors, planning authorities, and future residents alike.
